REFUND POLICY:

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. However, due to the planning and commitments involved in organizing our retreats, we are only able to offer a refund if either you or we find a suitable participant to take your place. In this case, a €100 administration fee will be deducted from your refund.

In all other circumstances, no refunds or discounts will be provided for cancellations or unforeseen events that prevent you from attending. We therefore strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that includes cancellation coverage.

Any fees related to international bank transfers are the responsibility of the participant.

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the retreat, you will receive a full refund of the workshop fee. 

All currency conversions are calculated using the exchange rate published by xe.com on the date your payment is processed.
